In the dead of night, Eleanor flees from her past and seeks sanctuary at Bidston Priory, where she is taken in by the enigmatic Prior. She soon discovers she is not alone—three other guests reside within the priory’s walls; but they are no ordinary travellers.
As Eleanor navigates this unexpected refuge, she learns that family is not always the one you are born into but the one you choose.
With a cast of five, ‘Prior Ties’ is a story of self-acceptance, identity, and the strength found in unlikely bonds. Blending the eerie with the heartfelt, this play explores what it truly means to belong.
